In short

A2X pricing starts at $29 a month per sales channel on the Mini plan, which covers up to 200 orders a month. Cost then scales with order volume: 2,000 orders on Shopify is $79, 5,000 is $115, and 10,000 is $159, with the published ladder running up to $1,499 a month for 250,000 orders. A2X also sells multi-channel bundles that are cheaper than stacking single-channel plans once you pass two channels, starting at $89 a month for 1,000 combined orders across 2 channels. Walmart is the exception: it has no $29 tier at all and starts at $79 a month.

The honest read

Almost every page that ranks for A2X pricing quotes a figure A2X does not publish. The most repeated one is "from $19 a month", which appears on several software directories and is not on any A2X pricing page: the cheapest plan A2X actually sells is Mini at $29, and if you sell on Walmart the cheapest plan is $79. The second most repeated claim is that the top plan is "$899 a month for 5 sales channels and up to 100,000 combined orders". A2X publishes a multi-channel ladder that reaches 100,000 orders at $1,299, and the 5-channel bundles top out at $1,149 for 75,000 orders. That is a difference of several hundred dollars a month on a plan a growing seller might genuinely land on. We checked every A2X pricing page on September 5, 2026 and put the actual tiers below, per channel, so you can find your order volume and read your price off the row instead of trusting a roundup. One thing worth saying plainly before you scroll: A2X is good software and this is not a page arguing you should not buy it. It does a specific job, turning each marketplace settlement into one summarized journal entry that reconciles to the penny against the deposit in your bank feed, and if your bookkeeper needs that in QuickBooks or Xero, nothing here replaces it. Earnly is a different tool for a different question. It does not keep a ledger and does not post journal entries. It shows what every platform actually paid you, gross, then fees, then take-home, across twelve platforms on one board from $12 a month flat, with no per-channel metering and no order limits. Plenty of sellers need one, some need both, and the point of this page is to let you work out which of those you are before you pay for anything.

Where a channel has no tier at your exact volume, the price shown is the next tier up and its real limit is in brackets. Above 250,000 orders a month A2X quotes custom pricing. Prices are USD and exclude Canadian sales taxes. A2X publishes no annual discount on these pages, which is unusual for software at this price and worth asking sales about.

A2X multi-channel bundle pricing, and when it beats separate plans

This is the part most comparisons miss entirely. If you sell on more than one marketplace, A2X sells a combined plan priced on total orders across all channels rather than one subscription each.

Bundle Price per month Combined orders Channels included
A2X Multi 1K $89 Up to 1,000 2
A2X Multi 2K $115 Up to 2,000 3
A2X Multi 5K $169 Up to 5,000 4
A2X Multi Premium 10K $229 Up to 10,000 5
A2X Multi Premium 20K $359 Up to 20,000 5
A2X Multi Premium 50K $719 Up to 50,000 5
A2X Multi Premium 100K $1,299 Up to 100,000 10
A2X Multi Premium 250K $1,869 Up to 250,000 20

The crossover is at three channels. Two channels at 1,000 combined orders costs $89 as a bundle against $90 for two Basic plans, which is a wash. Four channels at 5,000 combined orders costs $169 as a bundle against $316 for four separate Pro plans, and the bundle carries more order headroom as well. If you are running three or more marketplaces and paying per channel, you are very likely overpaying.

What A2X costs against the tools sellers compare it with

Entry prices from each vendor pricing page, checked in September 2026. These products do genuinely different jobs, so the cheapest one is only the right answer if it does the job you actually need.

Tool Entry price How it is metered Best at
Intuit marketplace connectors No extra cost Included with any paid QuickBooks Online plan Order-level sync for Amazon, Shopify, eBay and Etsy
Earnly $12/mo Flat, no per-channel or per-order metering Seeing gross, fees and take-home across 12 platforms
A2X $29/mo per channel Per sales channel, by monthly order count Settlement-level journal entries that reconcile exactly
Synder $65/mo Basic One subscription, by synced transaction count Several payment gateways landing in one ledger
Link My Books No published tiers Calculator keyed to orders and channels Payout entries for sellers who want usage pricing

Link My Books publishes a pricing calculator rather than named plans, and it renders in pounds, so any dollar tier price you see quoted for it is somebody else converting an estimate. Synder monthly-billing prices are Basic $65, Essential from $129 and Pro from $299, re-checked on September 5, 2026, with annual billing about 20% lower.

What the $29 A2X price actually buys

Two hundred orders a month. That is the Mini plan limit on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy and eBay, and it works out to under seven orders a day. Plenty of side businesses live there quite happily, and for them $29 is the real price. But the headline gets quoted as though it were the price for a working store, and a store doing thirty orders a day is on a different row: 900 orders a month puts a Shopify seller on Professional at $79, not Mini at $29. Before you budget for A2X, open your last three months of order counts and pick the row that matches your busiest month, because that is the plan you will need in Q4.

Why the same order volume costs more on Shopify than on Amazon

Because the tier ladders are not identical between channels, which is not something A2X advertises and not something any roundup mentions. Amazon has a Starter plan at $59 covering 1,000 orders. Shopify, Etsy and eBay do not have a 1,000-order tier at all: they step from Basic at $45 for 500 orders straight to $79 for 2,000. So a seller doing 1,000 orders a month pays $59 on Amazon and $79 on Shopify for the same volume, a 34% difference decided by nothing but which marketplace the orders came from. The gap widens at 5,000 orders, where Amazon Standard is $79 and the equivalent Shopify, Etsy and eBay tier is $115. If you are choosing where to expand and A2X is part of your cost base, that is worth knowing.

Walmart pricing is a different ladder entirely

There is no $29 Walmart plan. A2X for Walmart starts at Establish, $79 a month for up to 2,000 orders, then Accelerate at $115 for 5,000 and Elevate at $159 for 10,000. From 15,000 orders upward it rejoins the same premium ladder as the other channels. This catches people who read "A2X starts at $29" and then add Walmart to an existing setup: the marginal cost of that channel is $79, not $29, which is a 172% difference from the number they planned around.

The multi-channel bundle is the biggest saving nobody mentions

Run the arithmetic on four channels at 5,000 combined orders a month. Bought as separate subscriptions at the $79 tier, that is $316 a month. A2X Multi 5K covers the same four channels and the same 5,000 orders for $169. You save $147 a month, about $1,764 a year, for buying the same software under a different plan name. Even at three channels the bundle wins: Multi 2K is $115 for 2,000 combined orders against $135 for three separate Basic plans that would only carry 1,500 between them. The only case where stacking makes sense is two channels at low volume, where two Mini plans at $58 beat the $89 bundle if 400 combined orders is genuinely enough.

What the directory sites get wrong about A2X pricing

Three specific errors are circulating, and they all understate what you will pay. The first is a $19 a month entry price, which appears on more than one comparison site and is not published anywhere by A2X; the floor is $29, or $79 on Walmart. The second is that the largest plan is $899 a month for five channels and 100,000 orders. A2X publishes $1,299 for 100,000 combined orders, and its five-channel bundles stop at 75,000 orders for $1,149, so both halves of that claim are off. The third is a description of "$79 for enterprise sellers processing over 10,000 orders". A single channel doing 10,000 orders is $159, and the ladder above it runs to $1,499. If you are building a budget from a comparison article rather than the vendor page, you may be planning for a fraction of the real number.

Does A2X have a trial or a no-cost plan?

There is no permanent free plan. A2X gives you full feature access during a trial and lets you post three settlements before you choose a paid plan, which is a sensible way to test it because a settlement is the actual unit of work: you get to see whether the summarized journal entry reconciles cleanly against your bank line before you commit. What A2X does not publish on its pricing pages is an annual discount, so unlike most software at this price there is no obvious saving from paying yearly. Ask their sales team directly rather than assuming one exists.

When A2X is worth paying for, honestly

The trigger is order volume, not a missing feature, and this is the part vendors selling connectors tend to blur. Intuit publishes free first-party connectors for Amazon, Shopify, eBay and Etsy that are included with any paid QuickBooks Online plan, and at low volume they genuinely do the job. What they post is order-level transactions plus, in the Amazon case, a single undifferentiated adjustment line. A bank deposit is a settlement, not an order, so past roughly a few hundred orders a month per channel, matching order-level entries against settlement deposits stops being a review and becomes guesswork. That is the point A2X pays for itself, usually in bookkeeper hours rather than in accuracy you could not otherwise reach. One gotcha worth knowing: the Etsy connector by Intuit is not available on QuickBooks Online Solopreneur at $20 a month, so an Etsy seller who picked Solopreneur on price has to move up to Simple Start at $38 before the free option is even visible. Our Etsy bookkeeping software page covers that path in more detail.

Where an income tracker fits next to A2X

A2X answers your accountant question: what journal entry matches this deposit. It does not answer the question most sellers ask first, which is whether a channel is still worth the hours once its fees are taken out. Those are different jobs and it is worth being clear that Earnly does not do the first one. Earnly keeps no ledger, tracks no expenses, files nothing, and produces no profit and loss statement. What it does is put every payout from twelve platforms on one board as gross, then platform fees, then processing, then take-home, with a payout calendar and a next-month forecast that is always labeled an estimate, at $12 a month flat with no per-channel pricing and no order caps. A four-channel seller pays $12 here regardless of volume, which is a genuinely different pricing shape from $169 and up. If you are weighing it against Synder specifically, we lined up A2X vs Synder pricing at matched order volumes. If you want the ledger entries, buy A2X. If your question is which channel is actually paying you, start with the ecommerce accounting software overview or the payout reconciliation workflow.

Questions people actually ask

How much does A2X cost?

A2X costs $29 a month on the Mini plan for up to 200 orders a month on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy or eBay. Above that it is priced by monthly order volume: $45 for 500 orders, $79 for 2,000, $115 for 5,000 and $159 for 10,000, with published tiers running to $1,499 a month for 250,000 orders. Walmart starts higher, at $79 a month.

Is A2X priced per sales channel?

Yes by default, but not necessarily. A standard A2X subscription covers one sales channel, so Shopify plus Etsy would be two subscriptions. A2X also sells multi-channel bundles priced on combined orders across all channels, starting at $89 a month for 1,000 orders across 2 channels and $169 for 5,000 orders across 4. From three channels upward the bundle is clearly cheaper than stacking separate plans.

What is the cheapest A2X plan?

Mini at $29 a month, which covers up to 200 orders a month on one sales channel and includes three months of transaction history. It does not include cost of goods sold, which starts on the next tier up. If you sell on Walmart there is no Mini plan and the cheapest option is Establish at $79 a month for up to 2,000 orders.

Does A2X have a trial?

Yes. A2X gives full access to all features during the trial and lets you post three settlements before you pick a paid plan. There is no permanent free tier. Posting real settlements is the right way to evaluate it, because it shows you whether the summarized entry reconciles cleanly against the deposit in your bank feed, which is the whole point of the product.

Is A2X worth it for a small seller?

Usually not in the first year. Intuit publishes free connectors for Amazon, Shopify, eBay and Etsy that come with any paid QuickBooks Online plan, and below roughly a few hundred orders a month per channel they handle the job. A2X earns its price once order-level review becomes impractical and someone is billing you hourly to untangle it. Buy it when your bookkeeper asks for it, not in month one.

Is there a cheaper alternative to A2X?

It depends which job you need done. For posting settlement entries into a ledger, the free Intuit connectors are the cheaper starting point and Link My Books prices on usage rather than fixed tiers. For simply seeing what each platform paid you after fees, a flat-rate multi-platform income tracker costs $12 a month with no per-channel charge and no order caps, though it does not produce journal entries.

Does A2X offer a discount for annual billing?

A2X does not publish an annual discount on any of its channel pricing pages, which is unusual for software in this price range. The listed figures are monthly. If you are committing to a Premium tier at several hundred dollars a month it is worth asking their sales team directly, since unpublished annual terms are common at that level even when a vendor does not advertise them.
