Privacy policy

Earnly ("we", "us") is an income and payout analytics service operated for creators, freelancers and small sellers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the service, we never sell your data, and we never touch your money.

What we collect

  • Account details. Your email address when you create an account, and your name if you choose to give it.
  • Earnings data you connect. The figures your platforms report: payout amounts, fees, dates and source names. This data is read-only; we cannot move or hold money and we never ask for banking credentials.
  • Usage data. Standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and analytics events used to keep the service working and improve it.
  • Messages. Anything you send us through the contact form or by email.

How we use it

  • To provide the service: lining up your gross, fees, take-home, payout calendar and forecast.
  • To send you service email, such as the email-confirmation code and account notifications. Marketing email is optional and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep the service secure, debug problems, and understand which features are used.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your earnings data with advertisers. We use a small set of processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics) bound by data-processing agreements.

Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies for sessions and security, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser; the marketing site keeps working without them.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to the people who operate the service, and we review our practices regularly. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as required by law.

Children

Earnly is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
