In short
Webgility pricing starts at $79 a month, or $69 a month billed annually, on the Pro plan, which covers 300 orders a month across 2 sales channels. The QuickBooks Online and Xero ladder then runs to Advanced at $149 for 800 orders and Complete at $349 for 1,500 orders, and the separate QuickBooks Enterprise ladder tops out at $749 a month for 5,000 orders. There is no Basic plan and no $24 tier on webgility.com/pricing as of September 6, 2026, even though that figure is on several of the pages currently ranking for this search. Orders above your plan limit are sold as an add-on, and the pricing page publishes two different rates for them.

The honest read
We opened webgility.com/pricing on September 6, 2026 and wrote down every number on it, because the pages that rank for this query do not agree with the vendor and do not agree with each other. The most repeated claim is that Webgility starts at $24 a month on a Basic plan for about 100 orders. That plan is not on the pricing page. The cheapest thing Webgility sells there is Pro at $79 a month, $69 if you pay for the year, and the gap between $24 and $79 is the difference between a tool you try on a whim and a tool you put in a budget. A second claim doing the rounds is that Webgility effectively costs about $2,249 a month once a store hits 5,000 orders, worked out by taking that $24 Basic plan and piling overage charges on top of it. Webgility publishes a plan that covers 5,000 orders for $749 a month, $599 annually, so nobody sensible would ever pay the $2,249. The direction of that argument is fair, since Webgility genuinely is the expensive option in this category, but the number is roughly three times the real one and it comes from a competitor. Below are the actual tiers, the actual add-on prices, and an honest cost comparison against A2X and Taxomate at the same order volumes. One thing to say plainly first: Webgility is a real product doing a real job, and this page is not an argument against buying it. It syncs orders, inventory, fees and sales tax into QuickBooks or Xero, and it will do things no income tracker does. Earnly is a different tool for a different question. It keeps no ledger and posts no journal entries. It shows what each platform actually paid you, gross, then fees, then take-home, across twelve platforms on one board for $12 a month flat, with no per-order metering and no channel count. Some sellers need one, some need both, and the point here is to let you work out which you are before anyone charges you.

Webgility pricing for QuickBooks Online and Xero
Plan names, US list prices and order limits published on webgility.com/pricing, checked on September 6, 2026. The annual column is the per-month equivalent when you pay for a year up front. Order limits are per month.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually | Orders per month | Sales channels |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $79 | $69 | 300 | 2 |
| Advanced | $149 | $129 | 800 | 2 |
| Complete | $349 | $299 | 1,500 | 3 |
All three tiers include 3 months of historical data and 1:1 onboarding at no extra charge. There is no Basic plan on this tab and no $24 or $19 price anywhere on the page.

Webgility pricing for QuickBooks Enterprise
Webgility sells a second, higher ladder for QuickBooks Enterprise users. These are separate plans, not upgrades to the ones above, and they include multiple legal entities.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually | Orders per month | Entities included |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Advanced | $249 | $199 | 1,000 | 2 |
| Premium | $499 | $399 | 3,000 | 2 |
| Complete | $749 | $599 | 5,000 | 2 |
Above 5,000 orders a month Webgility stops publishing a price and moves you to a quote. Any figure you read for 10,000 orders is somebody estimating, not a vendor price. One gap worth naming: Webgility sells into plain QuickBooks Desktop as well, and its Desktop landing page carries no prices at all, only a link back to this same pricing page. Third-party sources put a single-channel Desktop plan near $139 a month, or $109 on annual billing, and we could not confirm that against the vendor on September 6, 2026. If you are on Desktop rather than Enterprise, treat that figure as unconfirmed and make the salesperson quote you.

Webgility add-on prices
These sit underneath the plan tables and are easy to miss when you budget. A second entity costs more than the entry plan itself.
| Add-on | Published price |
|---|---|
| Additional sales channel | $20 a month |
| Additional entity | $149 a month |
| Shipping automation | $50 a month |
| EDI support | $99 a month |
| Historical data migration | $200 one time |
| Additional orders beyond your plan limit | $10 a month per 500 orders |
| Full service bookkeeping | From $649 a month, platform included |
The pricing page also carries a second, much steeper overage figure of $50 a month per 100 extra orders. Both appear on the same page. Get your account manager to put in writing which one applies to your plan before you sign, because on 1,000 extra orders those two rates are $20 and $500.

Webgility cost against A2X and Taxomate at the same order volume
All three prices were read off the vendors own pages in the first week of September 2026. Read this as a cost comparison, not a feature comparison: Webgility syncs inventory, orders and shipping as well as accounting, while A2X and Taxomate only post summarized journal entries. You are not buying the same thing, which is exactly why the prices are so far apart.
| Orders per month | Webgility | A2X | Taxomate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 300 | $79 Pro, 2 channels | $45 Basic, 1 channel | $12 Starter, 1 channel |
| Up to 800 | $149 Advanced, 2 channels | $79 Professional, 1 channel | $42 Multi, unlimited channels |
| Up to 1,500 | $349 Complete, 3 channels | $89 Multi, 2 channels | $42 Multi, unlimited channels |
| Up to 5,000 | $749 Complete Enterprise | $169 Multi, 4 channels | $58 Multi, unlimited channels |
| Up to 10,000 | Not published, quote only | $229 Multi, 5 channels | $99 Multi, unlimited channels |
One caveat worth knowing: taxomate.com/pricing is a calculator, not a fixed tier table. The $12 Starter figure is billed annually at $144 a year and is the floor of that calculator, and the price moves as you enter your own order volume, so treat the Taxomate column as the published entry point rather than a locked rate. A2X per-channel and multi-channel tiers are set out in full on our A2X pricing page, and we compare the two cheap options head to head in Taxomate vs A2X pricing.
Where the $24 Webgility price comes from
Several pages ranking for this exact search quote a Basic plan at $24 a month for roughly 100 orders, sometimes with a $150 one time onboarding fee attached. We could not find any of that on webgility.com/pricing on September 6, 2026. The QuickBooks Online and Xero tab opens at Pro, $79 monthly or $69 annually, and onboarding is described as included rather than billed. Either Webgility retired a cheaper tier and the roundups never caught up, or Basic was never on the public page in the first place. Both explanations lead to the same advice: if a $24 entry price is what makes this work for you, ask a salesperson to confirm it in writing before you plan around it, because the published floor today is more than three times that.
What $79 a month actually covers
Three hundred orders and two sales channels. That is ten orders a day, which is a real business but a small one, and it is the number that decides whether Webgility is affordable for you rather than any feature on the list. A store doing thirty orders a day is already past Advanced at $149 and into Complete at $349. Pull your order counts for the last twelve months, find your busiest month rather than your average, and price off that row, because a plan that fits in March will not fit in the week after Thanksgiving. That single habit saves more money than any discount code.
The two overage rates on the same page
Webgility publishes both "$10/mo per 500 orders" for additional orders and a "$50/mo per 100 extra orders" figure. Those work out to two cents and fifty cents per extra order, a twenty five times difference, and the page does not clearly explain which applies when. Our reading is that the $10 per 500 is the add-on you buy deliberately and the $50 per 100 is what an unplanned overage costs, but we are not going to state that as fact when the vendor has not. What we will say is that this is the number to pin down in the sales call. On a Q4 month where you run 2,000 orders over your limit, the two readings are $40 and $1,000.
Why the "$2,249 a month" figure is wrong
A widely shared comparison calculates Webgility at roughly $2,249 a month for a store doing 5,000 orders. It gets there by starting at the $24 Basic plan, which is not on the pricing page, and then adding $50 per 100 extra orders across 4,900 orders. Webgility publishes a Complete Enterprise plan that covers 5,000 orders a month for $749, or $599 annually. Nobody would buy 4,900 orders of overage on a plan that costs less than a third as much. The honest version of that argument still favors the cheaper tools by a wide margin, since $749 against Taxomate at $58 is a thirteen fold gap, and that gap is real. You just do not need to inflate it to $2,249 to make the point. Whenever you see an eye watering competitor cost in a comparison, check whether it was built from overages on a plan the buyer would never have chosen.
These three tools are not substitutes for each other
Webgility is order and inventory automation that happens to post to accounting software. It writes orders, refunds, fees, sales tax and inventory quantities into QuickBooks or Xero, and it also handles shipping and multichannel listing work. A2X and Taxomate do one narrower thing very well: they turn each marketplace settlement into a summarized journal entry that reconciles to the exact deposit in your bank feed. If your problem is that your bookkeeper cannot tie a Shopify payout to a bank line, the cheap tools solve it and Webgility is overkill. If your problem is that inventory counts drift between three sales channels, no amount of journal entry summarization fixes that and Webgility is the category you actually want. Our ecommerce accounting software comparison walks through which problem is which, and payout reconciliation covers the settlement side in detail.
When Webgility is worth it and when it is not
It is worth $79 and up when you carry physical inventory across more than one channel, when stock accuracy costs you real money in oversells, and when somebody in the business is already living in QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise, which is where Webgility is genuinely strong and where the cheaper tools mostly are not. It is poor value when you sell digital products or services, when you have one channel, or when what you actually want is to see what you earned rather than to maintain a ledger. That last case is worth naming because it is common. Plenty of sellers shopping for accounting automation just want to know what each platform paid them after fees, and end up quoted $349 a month for an inventory system to answer it. If that is you, look at Shopify accounting software or Amazon accounting software for the honest version of that decision.

Questions people actually ask
How much does Webgility cost?
Webgility costs $79 a month on the Pro plan, or $69 a month billed annually, covering 300 orders a month across 2 sales channels. Advanced is $149 for 800 orders and Complete is $349 for 1,500 orders. QuickBooks Enterprise users buy from a separate ladder that runs $249, $499 and $749 a month for 1,000, 3,000 and 5,000 orders.
What is the cheapest Webgility plan?
Pro, at $79 a month or $69 billed annually, is the cheapest plan published on webgility.com/pricing as of September 6, 2026. Several comparison pages still quote a Basic plan at $24 a month for around 100 orders, and that tier is not on the vendor pricing page. If you need it, get it confirmed in writing before you budget around it.
Does Webgility charge overage fees?
Yes. The pricing page states that additional orders beyond your plan limit can be bought at $10 a month per 500 orders, and it also carries a figure of $50 a month per 100 extra orders. Those are two cents and fifty cents per order respectively, so confirm which applies to your plan before a busy season pushes you over the limit.
Is there a free version of Webgility?
No. Webgility publishes no permanent free tier. It offers a trial and includes 1:1 onboarding, chart of accounts setup and channel configuration at no extra cost, but the lowest recurring price on the page is $69 a month on annual billing. Historical data migration beyond the included 3 months is a $200 one time charge.
Is Webgility cheaper than A2X?
No, Webgility is considerably more expensive at every order volume. At 5,000 orders a month Webgility Complete Enterprise is $749 and A2X Multi covering 4 channels is $169. They are not equivalent products, though: Webgility syncs inventory and order data, while A2X posts summarized settlement journal entries. Our A2X pricing page has the full A2X tier ladder per channel.
Is Webgility worth it for a small store?
Usually not, if the store is under a few hundred orders a month on one channel and does not carry inventory across multiple channels. At that size $79 a month buys automation for a problem you can still handle, and a settlement-level tool at $12 to $45 covers the accounting need. Webgility earns its price once inventory accuracy across channels starts costing you oversells and manual corrections.
Does Webgility work with Xero?
Yes. Webgility lists Xero alongside QuickBooks Online on the same pricing tab, so Pro at $79, Advanced at $149 and Complete at $349 are the tiers available to Xero users. The higher Enterprise ladder is specific to QuickBooks Enterprise. If you are weighing the underlying ledger rather than the connector, our Xero alternatives page covers that choice.
