Terms of service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of Earnly, the income and payout analytics service at earnly.ai. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you use Earnly for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.
1. The service
Earnly lines up the earnings figures your platforms report: gross amounts, fees, take-home, expected payout dates, and a next-month forecast band. Earnly is read-only: it does not hold, move, or process money, it is not a bank, a payment processor, or a lender, and it cannot initiate transactions on your accounts.
2. Informational analytics, not advice
Earnly is an informational analytics tool. It is not a bank, a payment processor, or a lender, and it does not provide financial, accounting, or tax advice. Figures shown are estimates based on the data and platform fee schedules available to us - always confirm against your platform statements. Nothing in the service, the blog, or our emails is financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Forecasts are estimates and are labeled as estimates; actual results will differ.
3. Your account
Keep your login credentials safe and your email address current. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract to use Earnly.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Earnly is a paid subscription (Solo, Creator, Studio, and Enterprise plans). Prices are shown in USD; yearly billing shows the per-month equivalent and is charged annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the paid period. Where required by law, we provide refunds; otherwise fees are non-refundable except where we say so.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping at abusive volume, reverse engineering, reselling without an agreement, uploading unlawful content, or using Earnly to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Your data
You own your earnings data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (storing, processing, and displaying your figures back to you). Our privacy policy explains our data practices.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on self-serve plans; Enterprise SLAs are agreed in writing. We may improve or change features over time, and will give reasonable notice of material reductions.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". Figures depend on the data platforms report and their published fee schedules, and may be incomplete or delayed; always confirm against your platform statements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including decisions made in reliance on estimates.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by nature survive (2, 6, 8) survive termination.
10. Contact and governing law
Questions about these terms: [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
