Refund policy
Effective October 14, 2026
Earnly payments do not come back once they are taken. The few exceptions below deal with billing mistakes and card misuse, not with a change of plans. You can see your own payout figures lined up in the demo before you pay, and you can turn off renewals from your board whenever you choose.
1. Three things that can get a charge returned
We return money only in these cases, and only when the records described in section 5 support the claim.
- You paid twice for one period because of a fault in our billing.
- A charge you never authorised. Someone used your card without permission, you tell us within 14 days of the charge, and the transaction and account records confirm it. The decision rests on those records rather than on the claim itself, and we may ask you to confirm that you reported the misuse to your card issuer.
- Earnly stopped working altogether. A confirmed fault on our side left the service unusable for a continuous stretch, you reported it while it lasted, and we could not restore it. A platform changing its export format, delayed numbers from a platform, a slow page or a problem on your own device do not count.
Any refund is limited to what you paid for the affected period, is sent only to the card that was charged, and is the full extent of our liability for that charge. A refund does not entitle you to another.
2. Things that never lead to a refund
- You no longer need payout analytics, you stopped freelancing or selling, or you changed your mind.
- You did not open your board, or connected fewer platforms than your plan allows, during a paid period.
- Forecast bands that turned out higher or lower than what a platform actually paid. Forecasts are estimates and are labelled as such.
- Figures a platform reported late, changed afterwards or did not report at all.
- A renewal, including one collected after earlier attempts failed.
- Believing the plan was paid once. The pricing page, the payment screen, the confirmation email and your board all state that it renews.
- Missing the renewal date, or cancelling just after it.
- Choosing the wrong plan or billing period.
- Something the pricing page does not describe, or that works differently from how you imagined.
- Unused days after you cancel. Periods are not pro-rated.
- Other people using your account, including anyone you shared your private link or login with.
3. Why the fee is final
Every Earnly plan is a subscription, monthly or yearly, for access to the service with the limits shown on the pricing page. You pay for the period, not for each report or forecast, and access for the full period starts on its first day whether you check your numbers daily or not at all. When you subscribe, you ask us to start providing the service immediately and accept that any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that might otherwise apply ends once we have started at your request.
4. Cancelling and renewals
Use Billing and cancellation on your board to cancel at any time. Renewals stop immediately and you keep access until the paid period ends. Cancelling does not reverse a payment that has already been taken and is not a refund request.
The plan renews automatically until you cancel. When a new period begins, access for all of it is granted and its payment is due. If your card declines, the decline comes from your card issuer, and the payment is retried over the next few days to settle that one unpaid invoice; retries are not new charges. Cancelling during them stops future renewals, but the amount already due stays due and is not refunded once collected. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
5. Requests, chargebacks and records
Write to [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of the charge, giving the date, the amount and which exception applies. Requests sent later or by another route are not reviewed. We answer in order of arrival without a promised response time and do not reopen declined requests.
Opening a chargeback without contacting us first breaches our terms of service, and the account is closed permanently.
Signing up means accepting the terms of service, which include this policy, and our privacy policy. For each subscription we keep the time of purchase, the plan and price shown at checkout, your acceptance of the terms, the emails we sent, renewal notices and an activity log of the account (sign-ins, platforms connected, reports opened, billing actions) with the technical details recorded alongside them. Our payment operator keeps its own record of each charge, including the card's country of issue, where the payment came from and the result of bank authentication such as 3D Secure. Disputed charges are checked against these records, and we provide them to your bank if a chargeback is opened.
6. Earlier purchases
A subscription bought before October 14, 2026 keeps the terms that applied when it was bought until its next renewal. This policy applies from that renewal on.
